2019 SES National Conference on Christian Apologetics

The call to train women, as prescribed in Titus 2:3-5, needs attention. This breakout will consider the detrimental results of neglecting the Titus 2 curriculum for gender-specific discipleship. Ultimately, home, church, and society are being negatively impacted. Dr. Donna Navey researched the current state of this effort as well as the variables that hinder and foster its effectiveness in women’s ministries. In a culture where gender identity is challenged and continues to converge, evangelical churches must affirm the Titus 2 charge with obedient intentionality. God’s directives for this task mandates renewed effort in local church culture.
