This emerging capability gives credibility to an intellectual and cultural movement called transhumanism, which has a religious character to it. What should the Christian response be to these emerging biotechnologies that simultaneously hold promise and peril? How can Christians effectively engage our culture regarding these issues? This session will propose a framework to help Christians address these questions, and in doing, so stand with confidence for the dignity and sanctity of human life.
