The widest planetary habitable zones is the liquid water habitable zone. A focus
on just this one habitable zone has led many astronomers and journalists to conclude that there
are billions of possibly habitable planets. However, there are 12 other known planetary
habitable zones—all much narrower than the liquid water habitable zone. I will explain why
for a planet to be truly habitable it must simultaneously reside in all 13 habitable zones. In
addition to planetary habitable zones there are galactic and extragalactic habitable zones. All
these habitable zones dramatically increase the fine-tuning evidence for the existence and
ongoing miraculous interventions of the God of the Bible.
